Motion to approve accounts payable from April 14, 2026 to April 27, 2026, voucher 7, for the total amount of $1,771,340.20

Building permit statistics reports for the months of February and March 2026

Motion to receive the Building permit statistics reports for the months of February and March 2026.

REP-ENV-01-2026 Amendment to Landfill Tipping Fees

Motion to receive report REP-ENV-01-2026 and consider the adoption of By-law #80-2026 amending the tipping fee schedule on By-law #126-2025.

REP-CL-02-2026 agreement with Integrity Commissionner 2027-2028

Motion to receive report REP-CL-02-2026 and consider the adoption of By-law 15-2026 authorizing a two-year agreement with Jean-Jacques LaCombe for Integrity Commissioner services for the 2027–2028 term.

REP-REC-03-2026 Update on Bar Service Policy for Community Groups

Motion to approve the updated Bar Service Policy for Community Groups to allow the bar service fee to be waived in instances where a community group is both the event organizer and responsible for bar service.

REP-REC-04-2026 Information Regarding Changes to Liquor License and Control Act

Proposed resolution: 

Be it resolved that Council receives the information provided in this report regarding changes to the Liquor Licence and Control Act, and that any requests to designate an event as a cultural or community event for the purposes of a Special Occasion Permit be brought forward to Council for consideration.

Be it further resolved that Council designate Limoges Community Day to be held on June 20 as a community event for the purpose of enabling the organizers to apply for a “bring-your-own alcohol” Special Occasion Permit, subject to provincial requirements.
